    Return Eligibility

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically do not accept physical returns for fresh produce. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of any item, you may request a refund or replacement within **24 hours of delivery**.

    Non-Perishables

    Packaged goods (grains, oils, spices) can be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.

    Refund Process

    1. Report Issue: Contact support via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours.
    2. Evaluation: Share a photo of the affected item(s).
    3. Resolution: Receive a full refund to your original payment method or store credit (plus a bonus coupon) within 3-5 business days.
